Despite the state of the sad and dilapidated building, we saw a spark of potential within it. Over these past years we have tackled each renovation project with enthusiasm, each breathing new life into this historic community property.

In 2024, we officially incorporated Edgewater Arts Retreat as a non-profit art space. As it develops, it will become a creative hub for this small town, and a destination for visitors to the area.

As the space continues to be adapted into its final iteration, we invite artistic endeavors to be created and exhibited in this raw, transitory space to celebrate the work that’s been done and the work that continues.
